When I began writing the BallShark™ Select Baseball Series, my idea was to create a baseball adventure story that would appeal not only to young baseball players, but also to their families.

Why? Because anyone who has participated in the youth baseball experience knows how it can utterly consume a family! From late night practices to important mid-week batting cage excursions to tournament schedules that often eat up entire weekends, your whole family lives baseball during the course of a season.

The BallShark™ Select Baseball Series has something for all of you.

For every player who eats, sleeps, and breathes the game.

For every dad who simply watches with pride from the sideline, or wears the dual title and awesome responsibility of Coach.

For every mom who hates white baseball pants because they are too easily stained by orange infield dirt, but scrubs them anyway because she loves the boy who wears them.

For every sibling who dreams of a concession stand serving the sort of ultimate frozen concoction that can only be found inside BallShark’s fictional Baseball World theme park.

And for every person, young and old, who loves the sport that has always been our favorite National Pastime.

Inside the BallShark™ Select Baseball Series you’ll find warm characters, bits of interesting Major League Baseball history, and many of the cherished values we have long prized as a nation. You’ll also find curious individuals who are led by a mysterious set of coincidences toward something totally unexpected, something infinitely greater than the game, but something that will change their lives forever.

What I hope you will ultimately find is the heart of BallShark™. Our goal is to create a youth baseball brand that is set apart from all others, so that whenever you see our logo, you will know exactly who we are.
